LECTURES & WORKSHOPS WITH DR. PETLEY
Taking part in lectures is the most ideal way to learn herbal medicine; nothing beats the hands-on approach. This is how Dr. Petley learned botanical and naturoapthic medicine and why he continues the tradition of hands-on learning. Currently, these workshops are focused primarily in Maine but are also offered throughout New England. Scroll through the calendar above to see what and where Dr. Petley is teaching!
The material presented by Dr. Petley through instant downloads, various social media outlets, local lectures, and his apprenticeship is not a replacement for seeking medical attention. No material is meant to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease. The material presented through the instant downloads and social media should be viewed as a complement, much like a textbook, to be used in conjunction with local lectures. The art of making herbal medicine includes seeing, smelling, touching and tasting; it utilizes experiences that are best taught from the teacher to the apprentice.
